My mom used to have thick, lustrous hair like i do before she gave birth to me and my bro. is there a way to restore the thickness?

Layering your hair when you go to get it cut can make it appear a lot thicker. Also, if her hair is long, it can appear more thin and flat due to the weight of it.

There are shampoos and hair products that can add volume, though my problem is usually the opposite so I can't suggest any products. But a local beauty supply store should know just what to do to solve the problem, especially if they can see her hair first hand.

I had the same problem but without the pregnancy

and I treated it by using the yellow part of egg on my wet or moist hair massage it then rinse carefully,do this couple of times and it just became strong and thick as it was

on the other hand she can also eat the correct food rich in

vitamins and proteins and the other minerals .
