Damaged and thin hair...?

i have damaged hair and ppl keep telling me to stop flat ironing which is the main cause. i dont want to stop because if i dont, then my hair looks really bad. i usually use protective spray. is there any products to use to make it healthy looking again? or should i stop altogether?

and i have thin hair. is there any products that will make my hair any thicker and more volumized?

Damaged and thin hair...?

my best friend had the same problem, get a deep conditioning. :]

I have the same problem my hair looks horrible when its not staightened but my hair is thick so it doesnt look damaged but yeah get somthing by bed head that stuff works good

Damaged and thin hair...?

Give your hair a break from the flat iron. Use a hot oil treatment and a conditioner.

Damaged and thin hair...?

try pantene or chi.

also when you take a shower make sure to rub the end of your hair with conditioner for about 25 seconds.

Damaged and thin hair...?

stop stop stop stop no more ironing!!!

let your hair rest. just dont do much with your hair and put it up in a bun or pony tail with no product or very little. start deep conditioning every 2 months to help your hair.

use a brand called nioxin PRICY BUT well worth it ad last a long time. the sell it at professional salons or beauty supply stores.

use any thing that helps repair your hair and use a leave in conditioner.

Damaged and thin hair...?

Sunsilk or Garnier. They work best! =]

Damaged and thin hair...?

its true the flat iron definitely damages it, y dont u try 2 use foamy rollers and put them on the ends of ur hair every nite, their cheap and u can get them from any beaty supply store, u should use that and pink lotion it helps strenghten weak hair

Damaged and thin hair...?

It all depends on what type of hair you have,,,for example African American hair, White people hair, hispanic....and etc. Me being and AA and had that same problem i've used DoGro and others. I think u should stop for awhile and see the difference of u usin different products because u really dont need to be ironing ur hair it does really damage it ...

Damaged and thin hair...?

Use Dove Intense Damage Therapy. It has helped my hair a ton. Also when you use a flat iron make sure you use a product that will protect your hair from the heat of the flat iron, like Thermasilk Smoothing Cream. As for volume is concerned Sunsilk Volumizing Cream works for me.

Damaged and thin hair...?

i dont recommend flat irons or perms or yet a lone hair dye. it damages hair a lot, no matter how healthy people make it seem. i say get a wig, and cover up your hair, and then shave your head bald.

i shaved my head bald, and grew out my afro.

no longer is my hair damaged or fried.

no longer is it itching, burning, or breaking.

Damaged and thin hair...?

The beauty shop is calling.

If you can't afford it then get a hot oil treatment. Everytime you wash your condition your hair, do a deep conditioning and do not forget to condition your ends.
