Horrible thin hair?

Is there any way to make my hair thicker? Something that I might be able to get done at a salon, not mousse or anything, because I don't have the time to fix my hair every day. I was thinking about a spiral perm. How much do those generally cost? Any other suggestions?

I think you can be "body perms" that may help with that, but I don't know if they make your hair curly like spriral perms or just wavy or what.

Have you tried a volumizing shampoo nad conditioner? Sunsilk makes a pretty good on. On their site, you can get free samples and such, so maybe you should try that to see.

I have the same problem. Unfortunately it is often hereditary.

Perms are not often the best solution for thin hair in the aftermath. It can further damage your hair.

Try not to wash it every day. Give the oils a chance to stay in your hair.

If you blow dry your hair, tip your head upside down, as to blow the underside of the hair to create a fuller look. Use the hair dryer on a cool to medium setting.

Keep your hair trimmed. It will help to promote growth.

you should go to the salon and get hair treatments. And at home whenever u wash your hair use some kind of hair mayonaise and let it stay on your hair for like 10 min. and then rinse it.But stay away from hotcombs and curlers

Having your hair layered adds volume and body. Spiral perms are quite pricey. I paid $60.00 about 10 years ago, I can only imagine how much they are now. Call a salon and ask them, they'll tell you. They need to be maintained or you look like a poodle as it grows out. Go to a really good salon (ask around and pay more if you have to) and get a REALLY good cut. Just tell them what you're looking for and they'll know what needs done. It's just hair, have fun with it! Take a chance, if you don't like it remember, it'll grow back. Good Luck! =)

I had the same problem, my friend told me to take Nutrilite's Nail, Hair, and Skin complex pills. It's totally safe they're all natural and only $20. I've been taking it for about 3 months it really works. Go here to order......www.cmc.wwdb.com

A warm oil treatment will also help thin hair. Use warm almond, olive or coconut oil, and rub it with cotton wool. Leave it over night and then shampoo the hair next morning. Before shampooing if the hair is given a steam bath is helps the blood circulation and hair growth.
