My hair is nearly shoulder length and fine and thin. I have a hard time getting it to hold a curl..any suggestions..not tight curls, but something in betweenn wavey and curly

I agree. Use mousse be for you dry it the add a pomade or a paste type product. Then add hairspray. Then curl it. Add more hairspray so that it can hold. The key is to curl the hair when it's dirty. I know it's pretty gross but it works. You can even take a shower at night, then do that in the morning it should help. It works for me
