THIN HAIR; help! =(?

my hair is so thin/fine. it sticks to my face %26amp;theres really not much too it especially since my hair dresser decided to give me a bunch of random layers at the top %26amp;none at the bottom. what should i do for volume? any really good products? blowdrying upside down does nothing for it.

thank you so much in advance to anyone who can help.

THIN HAIR; help! =(?

it doesn't help when you use shampoos that have a ton of ingredients in it to weigh it down, if you have an organic store in your area, look for aubrey organics! not only will it help with it being fine, it will gently cleanse your hair! and it won't weigh it down! you do need layers at the bottom so it won't your hair down, go to a different hair stylist next time and see if that works! and make sure you do ask for layers at the bottom, too much weight will bring it down!

Go to a Walgreens or some store like that.....i saw a commercial for a new shampoo that comes in a pink bottle and makes hair thicker and shinnier! Good_Luck!

Bed head has some good products. They are not to expensive. I would use "Superstar Thick Massive Hair" - Good Product....

When your blow drying your hair section it of it 4 sections (1. Crown. 2. Each Side. 3. Back) Start in the back and blow dry it with a round brush pushing your hair up at the root then going down the shaft. Do your entire head this way then when you are done and your hair is dry.

Take a bit of hairspray and spray it on you roots (use the blow-dryer to give it a blast of warm air) keep the brush under it to create the volume. Let it cool for a minute and then move on. You will have great body.

Another tip also is to buy a teasing comb. Tease your hair a bit that will also help keep the volume as long as you do everything else.

Try "Pantene Style root lifter volumizing spray gel" in wet hair then try doing the upside down blow dryer thing. If it still doesnt work then find some big rollers that won't wrap around your hair more than twice (otherwise you'll get a curl then) put them in leave them in for as long as possible then take them run your fingers through it and your done! hope this works for you.
