how could you get thin hair like this at the bottom from cutting it.. if thats possible? =s and how would you cut it like that..?

get the hair dresser to do it. i think she might use a certain technique with a razor or scissors. don't try it at home. good luck. oh, and bring the picture and show the hair dresser.

and just say to make the bck short and make it long in the front..
