Thin hair with no body?

I have very thin hair and i have an oval shaped head so my hair looks very limp. by the end of the day my hair is just so flat. are there any tips that will give my hair body through the whole day? thanks =] o and its about 2 or 3 inches past my shoulders i just had it cut and i dont want to cut it even more, thanks for ur help

You need to have your hair cut with a razor in layers so that it is lighter on the top. It won't stay up if you have long hair pulling it down.

Thickening mousse or gel applied only at the roots will give lift and body but if you don't cut the weight out of the top it will always be flat no matter what you do.

Shaggy layers are the best for thin hair and the razor cut gives the hair more body. It's also a sexy look.

Remember to only apply the gel or mousse to the ROOTS of the hair from underneath and you will be happy with the results. Also you can use a small amount of hairspray lightly sprayed at the roots from underneath (flip your hair over to spray it underneath) and then a light spray to the whole head when you have your hair the way you want it.

This should keep your hair fluffy all day.

There is no substitute for a good haircut. You get what you pay for so if your hair is important, spend the extra money and get a precision haircut. Sometimes you have to try many, many haircutters to find one who works best with your hair. You won't be sorry.

Another good tip is to use a clarifying product to keep the shampoo and conditioners from building up on the hair and weighing it down. They all advertise that they won't weigh hair down, but don't believe it. It's important to use a clarifying product once or twice a month.

ALSO DON'T TEASE YOUR HAIR. It makes it look like a rats nest and breaks fine hair.

my suggestion if you dont want to cut it a lot then get some layers and get a good wax that can lift the hair up, get some layers around the crown to give you more volume. hope i helped please help me

you can use a volumnizer it really works or just use mousse. and teasing the top of your head works good too.
