Relaly thin hair?

II have really thin hair im a teenager. so its not that im loosing it at the moment or anything. I always get those comments saying 'aww i love your hair its so thin' and the odd snigger behind my back I hate it. Does anyone know any diets I coudlnt stick to for thicker hair or products? thanks

Nothing is going to make your hair thicker. You can try blowdrying thew roots upwards for more body,

Relaly thin hair?

you should eat more healthy foods and use thinkening CONDITIONER. shampoo does nothing.

Relaly thin hair?

hi sazza there is a product on the market called NOURKRIN which you can buy at any good chemist .it has an 85% success rating . my wife is using it now apparently it takes nearly 2 months before you see any results it is quite expensive though and it is a 9 month course good luck

Relaly thin hair?

Try eating more protein. And if you're using conditioner right now, try only conditioning once a week, because it strips hair of natural nutrients and can make hair thinner.

Good luck!!

Relaly thin hair?

Me and my wife have the same problem both got very fine hair. I use gel all the time to help thicken it.

Thanks for tip Ken will look into that myself.

Relaly thin hair?

I'm using the alternative to Nourkrin - it's called Regaine. I find it's very effective, %26amp; keeps my hair at a thickness I prefer. As with Nourkrin, it can be bought at most chemists without prescription.

the real answer is to cut your hair often, that way it grows back thicker!

Relaly thin hair?

WHAT YOU EAT ISN`T GOING TO MAKE IT GROW,THAT ONLY HELPS THE CONDITION.IF YOU DON`T HAVE BALDNESS IN THE FAMILY THEN YOUR O.K,BUT IF YOUR DAD LOOKS LIKE A BOILED EGG THEN YOU`VE GOT WORRIES.AS A BARBER FOR THE LAST 12 YEARS I SUGGEST YOU KEEP IT QUITE SHORT THEN IT WON`T BE SO NOTICEABLE.

Relaly thin hair?

put layers in your hair, it makes it look thicker

Relaly thin hair?

Go to a hair salon and have it layer cut. This will make it look much thicker. Never let your hair get greasy because this makes it look thin too.

Relaly thin hair?

try going to your local health store you may be lacking something in your diet

Relaly thin hair?

Eat lots of lean protein. And take supplements like biotin and silica

Relaly thin hair?

GOT TO YOUR HAIRDREESERS AND GET HAIR EXTENSIONS OR LIFT THE TOP LAYER OF YOUR HAIR AND BACK COMB IT THEN SMOOTH IT WITH A BRUSH AND HAIRSPRAY THEN YOUR SET TO GIVE SOME OF THOSE SNIGERS 2 PEOPLE

you can improve things immensely with diet.. you need to eat lots of fruit, vegetables and whole grains... (wholemeal bread and cereals etc)

AND take some supplements....

but be sensible about it... do not overdose...

healthy hair needs a really good diet.. vitamins...minerals..proteins..

when you have problems with thinning hair a supplement is a MUST.. .. this will enable the hair to recover..

go to your nearest health shop and buy a good quality B complex supplement.. B vitamins work wonders...

and a good amino acid supplement (protein) this also works wonders...

take both as directed and also take vitamin C.. this is important.. as vitamin C will help the other products to do their job..

take these 3 products daily and after a few weeks as the new hair grows you will start to see a difference..

but you can improve things just now by gently brushing your hair or massaging your scalp for a good five minutes every night...

... basically you need to improve the blood flow and take the nutrients in your bloodstream to the hair follicles... a lot of people with poor circulation have thin hair...

exercise will help...

and stress is bad so try and not worry...

put your feet up higher than your head when your chilling out... this will help your blood flow too... hair grows about an inch per month so you need to be patient but the alternative is to do nothing and things will just remain the same..... or worsen..

and you will NEED to keep this regime up for life or you will lose any improvement made...

soon your hair will be lush...

I have fine blond hair, layers work for me and a product called fudge opff (that might be spelt wrong) booster. You should be able to get it from a hairdressers. Its worth a shot! Blow dry your hair upside down after using the product

Relaly thin hair?

don't use shampoo for washing hair

use soaps for that

Relaly thin hair?

I personally think shampoo and conditioner does nothing more than wash and moisturize your hair. Conditioner tends to way your hair down so I quit using it every time I wash. I always get compliments on how silky and thick my hair is so it wont hurt your hair by not using it. My hair used to be really thin so I started to eat better and take pregnant vitamins. Make sure you ask a pharmacist which one you should take. The ones I took were just the herbs pregnant woman need. Actually we all need.

Relaly thin hair?

it might be in the family okay and if it don't stop, go to the doctor or buy a nice quick weaver

plus wear cute style that want make it noticable

you are bright and smart and plus don't make you, it the beauty inside us

Men don't ask for hair, they ask to be love by you

Relaly thin hair?

Perhaps you should see your doctor. Thin hair can be genetic or it could be a sign of a health problem. It's good just to eliminate health problems and then he/she could recommend nutrition improvements.

Relaly thin hair?

Mane and Tail shampoo %26amp; conditioner is good...it's made for horses %26amp; people.

Relaly thin hair?

i have really thin hair and i used to have that problem at school...unfortunately there is not much you can do to drastically thicken your hair so just OWN IT. Instead you can carry out alot of hairstyles although it may seem impossible. So just have fun and enjoy it...its better then it seems.
