how can I make it thicker? Is their any haircuts that can make it feel and look thicker?

I have very thin hair and I hear your frusteration. I have used some of the suggestions already made here (coloring, layers, etc) and they have helped. I also use Aveda defining whip which seems to add a lot of thickness. They also have a thickening line of shampoo and conditioner which is awesome, it just gets a little expensive to use daily.

Try either expensive volumizing shampoo or I think Lush have a good shampoo for thin hair!

Short hairsyles, you could have a messy bob with layers, when you dry you hair put you head upside down it goves more volume. I have the opposite problem mine too thick

Well, is your haircolor really blonde or is that wishful thinking? Because bleaching your hair makes the strand DOUBLE in diameter. You can also use volumizing shampoos and DON'T use heavy conditioners, also try using mousse instead of gel. For a hair, you could have a variation of a layered cut and usually a shorter cut can make your hair appear thicker.
