I recommend purchasing Redken's Body Full Shampoo and Conditioner. While you are at it, you should get Plump Treat too. I would never suggest that you use something from a drugstore or Wal-Mart. None of the products there are pH balanced. It really does matter. You can also get Guts, by Redken. It is a root lifter. When you blow dry, always use a round brush. Try turning your head up-side down if you have a hard time round brushing each section. You could also get a lot of hi lites (bleach swells the hair shaft making it seem fuller). Also, try Semi-permanant color. Hope this helps!

Other than getting extensions, there is no way to really make your hair thicker.

Get some volumnizing products that will enhance your hair. Either that or make your hair into a style or cut that will not work AT ALL with thick hair and appeals to your thin hair.

Look at your diet. If you are getting less than 2-3 servings of protein a day, eating more protein might make your hair thicker. There are also gels and shampoos that make each strand of hair swell up so it feels thicker.

well, this works for me, when your hair is semi damp, spray a volumizing heat activated hair-spray (i recomend Thermasilk, it works and it's cheap) then blow dry on high with your hair up-side down. when dry, brush with a wide bristle-brush (also up-side down) then flip back up and smooth any flyaways.

this makes hair appear thicker, it's a good every morning kind of thing. (not long-term, sorry)
